When will I receive the full itinerary of the race?

A full race briefing will be emailed to your registered email address 2 weeks before the race date. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read all the information provided.

When do I get my race number?

You will receive your number at registration on race day.
 

How will you record my race time?

All our races are chipped timed, You will be supplied with a chip tag on the day of the race at registration.

Can I transfer my race entry to another participant?

Yes this is absolutely fine, but we ask that you do so 4 weeks before the race date to allow us enough time to make the administration changes.

 

Can I have a refund if I withdraw?

Unfortunately there are no refunds, however you can transfer your entry to another race on the calendar or receive a credit note.

Is it compulsory to carry kit?

Yes, if stated in the email briefing for that particular race. Anybody found to be running without the correct kit will be disqualified.

 

Will I be supplied with a map on race day?

You will be supplied a map if your chosen race states on the description. Online maps will be available to download and most runs will have a GPX file.

Is there an age limit to enter the races?
Yes. All entrants must be ages 17 and over.

 

Can I run with my dog?
Yes, you can run with your furry friend as long as you keep them on a lead.

Will they be race photographs?

Yes of course, we love to see your smiley faces. Links to the photos will be emailed to you and also uploaded to our facebook page and Gallery on this website.
 

When and how will I receive the race results?

Race results will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the race. The results will also be uploaded to the Peakrunners facebook page.
